Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At TwinTack, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a TwinTack product within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a full refund.
We believe in fair business practices and to ensure the integrity of this guarantee, we require that the product be returned to us. This policy helps prevent abuse of our satisfaction guarantee. Please note that return expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Performance Guarantee
TwinTack grips are crafted with precision and quality materials. We warrant all TwinTack grips against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the product. However, it does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Contamination from external sources
- Accidental damage
Understanding Wear and Tear
The most common issue reported is delamination of the rubber from the fabric. While this is covered under our warranty if deemed a manufacturing defect, it’s important to understand what constitutes normal wear and tear.
A well-worn grip may exhibit signs of abrasion and slight fraying along the edges over time. These are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
Claims Process
If you believe your TwinTack grip is experiencing a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, we are here to assist you. To initiate a claim:
- Provide us with clear photos or videos showing the defect
- If the evidence is inconclusive, we may request that you return the product to our customer service center for evaluation
- Return shipping expenses for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer

Return Process
To initiate a return for a non-defective item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@twintackgrips.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Package the item(s) securely with all the original packaging.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to determine if they meet our return eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where you received an incorrect or defective item.
If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if you return all items from the order.
